About the shipping and delivery policies: In order to satisfy all types of delivery and set up situations, we allow for customers to do their own delivery and set up if they are capable.  We used to not offer this and some of our well equipped customers wanted to purchase the spas without a delivery and set up, so we took it off the base price of the spa.  Just so you know all spa companies charge for shipping and delivery, even if they say it is "free".   Nothing that involved is free.   So, if the delivery is "free", you can imagine how much the spas are truly valued. The other issue is that people are being duped into becomming a shipping delivery company and not knowing it.  When the spa comes the trucker drops the spa at the street curb and you take it from there.  There is your "free delivery".  We offer that too, but we don't recommend it. We decided to offer a set price delivery and set up fee for all of our spas as a way to take care of our customers needs.  However, if the delivery is extremely difficult,  requiring more time and effort then  we will charge a bit more as necessary.  Our fee for delivery and set up is shown at the bottom of the price list.   If you want part of the delivery, such as dropping the spa off the trailer we can do that; just ask. The standard price we found across the country for delivering a spa, is nearly $450 when a professional moving company is hired, and they simply set the spa on the customers platform and leave as most spa companies do. When we deliver and set up the spa, it is complete.  The spa is carefully moved to the platform.  The spa is filled and the electricity is hooked up for testing (temporary if your electrician approves).  Then the cover is installed.  The water is tested and the customer is given lessons in water testing and adjusting.  We show the customer what parts are what inside and out side the spa;  and how to do the standard care on the spa.  You also get 100% help either by email, phone, or on the message forum on how to uses and care for the spa as you need. So, if you want The Spa Specialist to deliver and set up your spa, we do a first class job, but for a fee. If you  have the wherewithal to do your own delivery we can simply drive up and your take the spa off the truck.   Forum Click on smiley face.

	Sandy and I delivered this Super Custom Fallsburg in Wyoming.  It is a beautiful room and the customer did  a wonderful job of building this well lighted  spa room.  The walls are lined with beautiful redwood and stained to match the spa cabinet.  The Super  Custom Ozone system is the only ozone I recommend for inside.
