This Year we have taken the SC spas to even higher levels of extreme details and improvements. We are taking it all the way to the top of power, efficiency, longevity and levels of therapy that are adjustable from light to very intense deep tissue massage that relieves that deep down tension. It has always been the most powerful therapy spa, but now with 70 amp minimum and 80 amp service required if you want full heater function at all times. You can imagine what we have done. This is the most high end line of spas that have ever been made. What ever you want in a spa, it is in the Haven Super Custom spas. We have had many people fly in, or drive in to wet test this spa in Colorado. Some have tested up to 11 different competitive spas and when they sit in a SC, the search is over. Some of the Super Custom owners have had spas by other brands that were supposed to be high end, and all they caused was frustration and disappointment in the owners. The Super Custom Spas don't ever disappoint owners. Those who now own the SCF's tell me that they just wasted money on other, so called "high end" spas. We do get customers telling me that they wish they had bought the Super Custom after they paid similar money for an inferior product.
People used to think we were bragging or lying. (because that is common in the spa industry and I hate it myself) After many years of ownership and the proof is in the product, they contact me after up to 24 years now of exceptional service, and thank me again for allowing them to own one of our spas. This is why I do what I do in this high level of "gestalt engineering". Other spas fail, because they simply don't know how to build a spa.
Because these products are now more custom than ever, we have so much work on them that we were not getting paid for at the old prices, that we are forced to change the prices this year to what they are worth, but still not full retail. These spas have a waiting list for purchasers. If you want one, you need to put a deposit on it, because the wait is now long and we are only going to produce about 12 to 15 of these each year. It only comes in the Magnum version, unless you want to pay almost the same amount and not have the power of the twin MM jets.
I have to tell you that this spa is my all time favorite. I am getting particularly fond of the Super Custom Timberlake because, Sandy and I don't have children living with us any longer, so no need for the extra seats, and the position of the twin Master Massage is perfect for deep foot and leg massage. It is just indescribable, you just have to try it. These spas are designed with the famous Haven Spas, serviceability and the parts are still available from anywhere. No exclusive parts, but we do have to build the pumps and control boxes for this spa from industrial, high end, parts, because no pump nor control manufacture seems to be making any super high end parts. The spa is the result of an electrical engineer, who studied, over the past 24 years, mechanical engineering, hydraulics, thermodynamics, and has many years of experience in repairing spas for his research on how to build a hot tub, and how not to build a hot tub, mostly from seeing the "stuff" that others make and how poorly it does at people's houses.
There really is no other real brand of hot tubs "out there". Mostly it is a hodgepodge of copy cat marketing and poorly designed, with a bunch of tiny jets, and bogus sales practices that consumers are buying out of their lack of knoweldge on spas, just don't understand, and the sales people take full advantage of that consumer ignorance. That is why Haven Spas has absolutely no association with the spa industry. We have no membership in any of those organizations that are all about misleading consumers, into thinking that mediocre is "good".
The spa industry is in the worst shape ever because of their "stuff" falling apart in people's back yards. This has a bad effect on our business because our products, look a little like theirs, until you look "under the hood" and get some real knowledge about spa construction methods and design.
Haven Spas are the opposite of the industry standard. We actually follow and exceed standard engineering principles, where as they follow their wallet until their reputation is gone. (Don't get me started. I hate poorly designed junk being sold for outrageous prices.)
On the other hand, we have had high end Super Custom spa buyers tell me that they were quoted $35,000 to have a custom spa built for them by the "local guys". These local guys are not engineers and the spas are not really therapy spas. And these spas are full of design errors and wast a lot of energy. And today wasting energy is a sin!
The SC spas have the absolutely some of the best therapy and the best design for energy efficiency, quiet operation and did I mention amazing therapy. We have shoppers take up to two years to come back and purchase a Haven Super Custom Spa. These spas are the true highest quality and highest featured spas today. That is fact. The real beauty is that they are still priced below their market value, because of how we run a clean, ethical, efficient business, with a short food chain. There is more labor and hand testing and adjusting on these models than any other spa.
This year we have added the DAIT level 4 and extreme improvements to the control system to the Super Custom spas with added the most expensive, commercially available, and best thermal foil/foam-foil and extra controls over the DAIT. This increases the R value by R-14 more and the "effective insulation" with the warm air barrier to R-90 effective insulation. The new full size 48 frame Circulation pump is amazing in is low power consumption and the amount of water it filters. It is on the lines of commercial filtering, rather than what you get in in inferior portable spa. The addition of the "Power Jet" for lower back is the final touch to this spa. It is a single jet placed strategically in the lower back to get that pain to go away. This spot is something that no other spa can hit, so we finally got a special jet to do the job. It is "killer on low back pain." It is very broad and powerful with full turbo air as well. The SC spas hit every part of your body and they do it like no other spas on earth. Even if you can't afford one, you need to come sit in one. You will be trying to figure out how you can afford one. It spoils everybody, and sometimes it delays sales for a customer, until the save up or can find a reasonable loan to own one with. This is the salesman's nightmare, to not be able to sell a spa, because you put the customer in the absolute best and it will take months or years for them to "come down" and start thinking about lower priced spas or to come up with the money to buy this one. It is not for every one. (Don't be dismayed, we still have the SE spas.)

It has five therapy pumps, with the two stage circulation pump/, second topside,/ lounge wrist jets/, Super Custom Plumbing. The twin super clean plumbed, 14 jet Master Massage foot well jets are now standard. 100 jets total, with 52 water plus two 14 jet MM jet and 20 air jets (total therapy fittings outlets 100). We have added the amazing "Low Back Power Jet" and a new combo circulation pump that works on one speed as a low watt circulation jet and has a second speed with a therapy level of power. No other spa on earth has these features, except another Super Custom spa from Haven Spas. Comes standard with LED light package and Stainless Escuteons jets this year. The longevity and energy efficiency of the Super Custom Spas has never been achieved in the spa industry for this level of power and therapy. All other attempts from other manufacturers have failed the reliability test of time, (except for the 1984, Clark,(not Jacuzzi) Sundance Cameo, which was built on the same concepts of no 'holds barred", best equipment, best parts, at that time. We actually use some of those concepts and a lot more in the SCF's.)
The DAIT Level 4 adds even more control over the thermodynamics of the spa, creating even more energy efficiency and increasing the life of all the equipment. There is also 19 db more sound proofing this year added to the cabinet. This makes the spa the quietest spa running with this much power, and all the equipment on high. It has some of the most powerful motors in the industry. But not only are the powerful they are "industrial" strength. The motor windings are rated for 311 degrees F, but the motors will never get that hot. It is way overkill throughout the Super Custom spas.
Standard New this year 2020 models: Twin Master Ultra Jets and 5 HP pump with upgrade controller to operate 5 Therapy pumps total. Requires Dual 70/80 AMP service (30 AMP and 40 AMP or two 40AMP) or Two each 3 phase 20 amp service in Europe. It can run on 60 Amps(USA) or 3 phase plus one phase in Europe, but you have to use a current limitation on the heater that shuts the heater off when the current draw of the pumps, exceed the 60 amp service rating. So at some point the heater will go off while you are using it, with the 60 amp service. The good thing about Haven SC's is that they capture so much heat energy from the pumps, that you may not even notice the heat loss. You will certainly not notice it as much as in a standard poorly designed full foam spa that wastes the heat from the motors.
This spa and the other Super Custom Spas are only for people who can afford it and appreciate the finest spa that has ever been made. It is the "hot tub connoisseurs delight".

Super Custom Fallsburg is identical in appearance to the Fallsburg, until you look "under the hood". It is a completely different machine. It is hand tuned and precisely made to out perform all other spas for a lot longer with the least problems as has shown with the current record of SC spas.
