Spa Specialist:: two year report card

Happy Holidays People,

I thought I would come out of the woodwork to wish you all well, and to drop in a customer satisfaction report card from another real customer. I no longer hang on these spa boards as much as my life has pulled me in other directions as of late. I do, however, continue to be a happy Haven customer.

It's 2 years since I received my Haven Fallsburg, preceeded by several months of research and wet testing of numerous brands. You can tell even more of a product after a couple years of heavy use, and customer service as well. Every dealer claims a quality product and great service, but not all come through after the deal is done.

Here is my 2 year report card for my Haven Spa, the Spa specialist, and Jim.

After year round, heavy (4-5 times a week) usage, the spa is still as solid as the day I bought it. I have had as many as 7 people in the spa at one time, and that Fallsburg is an absolute thing of beauty and function!

I continue to be nothing but happy with the spa, and am reminded of it's excellence every time I sit in it, and even more so when I sit in another spa brand when I am on the road. It is still as efficient and powerful as the day it arrived, and I get nothing but compliments on it (even from people who own other brands of spas).

I see no reason why I should not expect many more years of good service from my spa, and I am *more* than happy with my choice. I wish all my purchases were like this!

Product Grade: A+

I received excellent advice and training from Jim early on, until I became proficient in spa care. I still like Jim's simple and effective regimen of ION water purification a lot. I have had zero serious water problems.

I had 1 issue with my ozonator at the tail end of the first year, and Jim promptly replaced it.

I thought I had a minor leak during the summer, but it was a false alarm that I verified myself. None the less, Jim had his folks stop out on one of their trips just to be positive(and sure enough, there was no leak). You can't ask for better service than that.

My orders for supplies have been prompt, and the prices are comparable or better than other vendors.

Any time I have called or emailed the Spa Specialist, I have recieved courtious and helpful service, without exception. In all honesty, I have nothing negative to say.

Service Grade: A+

Just in case I get accused as being a figment of Jim's imagination, I have included a couple of pointers to pictures below. I am a real and satisfied cutomer, with no ties to the spa industry (other than being a consumer).

My advice to people thinking about getting a Haven Spa is to not let the FUD (fear, uncertainty, and doubt) spreaders deter you from getting what I and all other Haven customers view as the best spa value out there. Research and learn, and you will come to the same conclusion we all did, ...but through education, not manipulation or intimidation.

I have futher learned that a Spa is not purely a luxury item. Over the last 2 years, it has added value to my life as physical therapy, stress reduction, recreation, and most important, quality private & quiet time with my wife. Sometimes life gets in the way, if you know what I mean. I am sad I waited so long to get one!
